Shipping/Processing/Payment:
Q: Where do you ship to and from?
A: We ship from the Netherlands.
EU SHIPPING: We ship all of our products, including our magic truffles, across the whole of the European Union excluding Austria. Unfortunately, this means we do not ship these items to the UK. This is a strict policy and no exceptions will be made in regards to shipping to the UK. That being said, we ask kindly that you do not ask.
WORLDWIDE SHIPPING: We ship Lions Mane Mushroom as well as all of our CBD products worldwide!
Q: How fast will my order be processed?
A: Orders placed before 12:30 (CET) during the week (Monday-Friday) will be shipped out the same day. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped out on the following Monday.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Shipping typically takes between 2-5 business days to arrive within the EU. If you ordered Lions Mane Mushroom or CBD products outside of the EU, it should arrive within 1-2 weeks after being shipped.
Q: What happens if my order doesn’t arrive?
A: If your order does not arrive within 21 business days, please contact us via our contact form and we will issue you a reship. All orders are tracked and insured which is why we have to charge a premium for our shipping costs.
Q: What is your reship policy?
A: We will issue one reship if an order is lost in the post or held in customs for more than 2 weeks.
Q: Why did I not receive an order confirmation email?
A: It is likely hiding away in your spam box. Please check your inbox and spam thoroughly. If you cannot find it then please contact us via our contact form and we will assist you further!
Q: What shipping courier do you use?
A: All EU orders are shipped via DHL. A few EU locations also have the option of DPD as a cheaper option, however, please note that DPD is less reliable than DHL. Typically, less packages get lost with DHL.
Orders outside of the EU are shipped via PostNL tracked. You will receive an email with your tracking information. If you do not receive one, then please check your spam box as it is likely hiding in there! If not, use our contact form and let us know.
Q: What will my package look like?
A: All packages are either shipped in a brown recyclable ‘bubble mailer’ or a brown recyclable box.
Q: How can I pay?
A: Our payment methods are bank transfer and cryptocurrency. We are working hard to expand our payment options.
Q: What should I do if I am struggling with placing my payment?
A: If you are having any payment issues, please contact our customer service via our contact form and we will happily help you resolve any payment issues.
Q: My tracking hasn’t updated for a few days, what should I do?
A: The likelihood is that your shipment is being processed or there is a delay in transit. However, let us know if this is the case by using our contact form if multiple days have passed with no update. We will look into it or get in contact with the courier and get back to you.
